CULT 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon 13th anniversary embodies the culmination of meticulous craftsmanship throughout the winemaking journey. This vintage is both fresh and commanding, boasting a seamless precision that reflects Julien's artistic expertise. Widely regarded as the pinnacle of CULT's productions thus far, this wine captures the essence of the 13th-anniversary celebration.

In the predawn darkness, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were carefully hand-harvested into twenty-five pound bins to ensure minimal crushing. As the first light of day emerged, a rigorous selection process unfolded through a meticulous, slow, individual berry hand-sorting method. The harvested fruit was gently transported to small tanks, preserving the integrity of each berry. Cold soaks extended for six days and fermentations were managed through pump overs. After maturing for eighteen months in French oak barrels, 80% of which were new, the final blend emerged from the finest lots, dedicated to crafting captivating flavor profiles.

Enticing aromas of crushed black currant and bing cherry. Intertwined with notes of black licorice, clove, and melted dark chocolate. On the palate, rich flavors of shortbread, blackberry, and plum are present. Layers of loamy black truffle elements, add savory complexity to the enduring finish, marking the 13th anniversary of CULT's winemaking excellence in the 2021 vintage.
